• Pebbles Greenfield’s offers premium residential units designed for modern, luxurious living in Wakad, Pune.
• Project details, layouts, and amenities may be subject to updates based on regulatory requirements or enhancements in quality.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the specified booking amount, as per the agreement terms.
• Timely payments as per the agreed schedule are mandatory. Non-compliance may result in penalties or booking cancellations.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests will be handled as per the terms outlined in the agreement of sale.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation and administrative charges.

4. Possession and Handover

• Possession will be handed over as per the timelines mentioned in the agreement, subject to unforeseen delays or force majeure events.
• Handover will occur only after all outstanding dues, including taxes and maintenance fees, are cleared.

5. Maintenance and Community Guidelines

Residents must adhere to community rules and maintain shared spaces. Payment of maintenance charges, as outlined in the agreement, is mandatory.

6. Modifications and Rights

Pebbles Greenfield’s reserves the right to make modifications to project plans, designs, or amenities to comply with legal requirements or improve project standards.

7. Compliance with Laws

All transactions and operations are governed by applicable laws, including RERA. Residents are required to comply with all relevant regulations and tax obligations.

8. Force Majeure

Pebbles Greenfield’s is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or regulatory actions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will be held in Pune and conducted in English.

10. Amendments

Pebbles Greenfield’s reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Any significant changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.
